And away we go! The Tony-winning musical based on J.M Barrie's seminal novel and play comes to the Atwood Concert Hall in 2016. A perfect tale of childhood adventure, follow the Boy Who Never Grew Up, Tinkerbell, Wendy and her brothers in a coming of age story that sees them grapple with dastardly pirates, menacing mermaids and the Lost Boys! The original 1954 Broadway production made Tony-winning stars Mary Martin as Peter and Cyril Ritchard as Captain Hook.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Wendy Darling is on the cusp of womanhood, and faces her last night in the nursery with her younger brothers, John and Michael. After a prank causes their father embarrassment at the bank where he works, their nanny dog, Nana is confined to the garden. One night, Wendy awakes to see a young boy sobbing at the foot of her bed; little does she know, that by helping him find his lost shadow, that she and her brothers are set on a path of adventure to the Neverland, where pirates menace Peter and his tribe, the Lost Boys, and jealous mermaids try to keep Peter away from Wendy.

Full of uplifting and catchy songs such as Pirate Song and I Won't Grow Up, this is one Broadway hit that will capture the hearts of everybody in the audience!
